How to Use Sea Moss

Internal Consumption

• Raw sea moss: Consume 1–2 tablespoons per day.
• Powdered sea moss: Use approximately 1 teaspoon per day.

How to Make Sea Moss Gel

1. Rinse 1 cup of dried sea moss thoroughly.
2. Soak in fresh water for 12–24 hours.
3. Rinse again and blend with 1–2 cups of fresh water until smooth.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
